Public Health warns of blue-green algae in Lake Isabella Lake

The Kern County Public Health Department is advising people to avoid active algal blooms when visiting Lake Isabella Lake.  Public Health found five locations that indicated the presence of potentially harmful blue-green algae (cyantoxin). Five areas at the lake were found at the danger level, say officials.
