Environmental group sues EPA over oil waste dumping into aquifer near Pismo Beach

A California environmental group recently sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, alleging the agency wrongly allowed oil waste to be dumped into a San Luis Obispo aquifer and ignored impacts to the California red-legged frog and other endangered species.
